The complete Gong Fu Tea Brewing Set which includes a Gai Wan, a Gong Dao Bei – Fairness Cup (glass pitcher) and Tea Strainer with the Hand Strainer Holder. The Gai Wan is the standard size Gai Wan of 3.7 oz. Our tea packets are pre-weighed to correspond with this Gai Wan. The Fairness Cup when filled to the neck holds 10.5 oz. to 11 oz. of liquid. When filled to the top, it’s about 12 oz.
