Refreshing, tannic with prominent peachy note & a slight sweet aftertaste

Bai Ye or ‘White Leaf’ describes the light white hue on the fresh leaves. The picking grade is 3-5 leaves which has a small to medium opening. This Wu Long tea is known for its very forward fruity peach note. This batch is harvested from over 60 year old tea trees which are covered in moss due to the foggy moist air and cold climate. Bai Ye has a high yield, buds early, and is easy to process with reliable outcomes. Bai Ye is grown and crafted in the traditional Dan Cong manner. The delightful peachy notes also make this tea one of the most popular on the market. The origin of this batch is from Feng Xi, Feng Huang Shan, Guangdong Province, China.
